Swimscapes

Swimming almost every day all year round, I write and illustrate daily swim diaries for my SubStack blog. There are so many times when swimming that I see the most wondrous, dramatic and serene seascapes. These images are usually shot on my phone, so I can't make BIG prints from the images, but many have the qualities to produce gorgeous, smaller, fine-art paper, signed prints, that I'm happy to display alongside my other gallery artworks.

It's so important for customers to remember that a great image is a great image, regardless of what camera it's taken on. Absolute technical perfection does not make a great image - it's about subject, content, composition, message, light and mood. Don't be put off just because they're shot on an iPhone, I'm a photographic artist with 41 years of experience and I wouldn't make prints of these unless I was really happy with the images.
